For more than three decades, we have been manufacturing and marketing our high quality synthetic resins to a wide range of clientele. Our state of art plant is spreaded over an area of 4000 sq. mtrs. with 700 sq. mtrs of built up area encompassing the main building laboratory and office.

We have three different sizes of reaction vessels with combined capacity of 5000 mt per annum for resins and additional resources for the manufacturing of driers. Modern equipments form the core of our infrastructure viz. reactors, condensers, receivers, filter machines, boilers and related synthetic resins manufacturing machinery.

Emphasis on incorporating the latest technologies in our manufacturing processes and machinery has enabled us to create a modern state of art unit at Dadra, capable of manufacturing 20 metric tonnes of synthetic resins per day.

Quality Control

The plant is highly automated with integrated safety and environmental compliant design. Strict quality control standards are maintained all the times and regular tests are carried out in our laboratory. We also have in-house research and development facilities headed by a team of highly qualified and experienced chemists, enabling company in making a strong foothold towards implementing ISO standards.

Input sampling and analysis for all raw materials and finished products are done in our sophisticated quality control department. It has round the clock working process control laboratory to provide you the consistent quality products. Our R&D cell is quite active in research activities and suggests innovative processes leading to more productivity and enhancing quality of the products. Our research cell keeps itself update of newer technologies and processes and implement them, making them compatible to our atmosphere.
